Hello, I am Rodney Brown, the founder and owner of Health and Life Coach Ministries. I am a retired Marine and martial artist with a strong passion for health and fitness. I am a certified Personal/Group Fitness Trainer, Senior Fitness Instructor, and Health/Nutrition Coach. In 2024 I completed my Master of Science Exercise Science & Wellness: Nutrition & Wellness at Liberty University and I was inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame for Health and Fitness Instructor of the year. After dealing with my own health issues, I started coaching 7 years ago to help people of all ages to address their health issues such as weight loss, diabetes, and high cholesterol to name a few. Because of this I started my coaching program called HEALTHY ME. All my coaching, education, and courses are based on my client’s whole health and wellness. Hundreds of people later I continue my journey to educate and coach others to be good stewards for their own health. I believe in Whole Health and making sure that our clients are Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually Fit.

Traditional dieting protocols follow the very basic template of: reduce calories > lose weight > balance the metabolism. In this program, we will look at reversing this process, to create a new dieting formula: balance the metabolism > reduce calories > lose weight.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This program is perfect for all types of people who have fallen into a consistent ‘eat less, exercise more’ routine and are feeling tired, beat, hungry, bloated, anxious and depressed as a result.
